High school students in a Tech Prep program can earn college credit or advanced standing. Courses are designed to provide the same skills and competencies you would gain by taking a similar course at the local community college. Tech Prep helps avoid coursework duplication and allows you to move towards more advanced classes in your specific program.
Each program and college has different requirements for awarding articulated credit. Typically, you must test college-ready in math and English and start your college program within two years.
